The initial presentation was very good and the purchase was made quite easily with my salesman, Joe Sylvia, and Jay in Finance. My purchase was a CPO 2020 Ram 1500 that I'm very happy with. I mistakenly thought that Joe had put the paperwork for the transaction in the glove compartment, when in fact, it was just the registration. No problem I figured. I called Joe to let him know that I didn't have my information and he said he'd follow up on it. I didn't hear back, so I called him again, left a message and didn't hear from him. Eventually I called him to remind him that I still had none of the information for the transaction. Additionally, the temporary registration expired and I wanted him to follow up on that. He did return that call and left a message explaining that the out of state registration was handled by another company and he had no control over that. Surely there is someone at Crystal who can track that. It didn't happen and I'm driving an unregistered vehicle. He told me I'd have to call Finance to get the copies of the paperwork I don't have. I did put a call in to Finance and never received a return call. I've called Ron Roppolo, Sales Manager three days in a row, I carry my phone with me everywhere I go and haven't heard back. Today I called Ryan Young, General Sales Manager and haven't heard from him. I can't imagine why Joe never followed up to minimize the problems. I have noticed in previous reviews that the person responding asked unhappy customers to call (352)597-1265. What's the point, they won't take or return phone calls. Why aren't they reaching out to their customer? There were three recalls that weren't done while the truck was at Crystal. I had to have them done at a dealership in South Carolina. Now I'm wondering if the oil was even changed before I bought the truck. The sales transaction was great, but customer service after the sale is definitely lacking. More
I was a first time buyer and have been looking everywhere for a decent used car and couldn’t really find any. Came here and Lloyd helped me get into a Kia Forte. He did all fighting for me and jumped through for a decent used car and couldn’t really find any. Came here and Lloyd helped me get into a Kia Forte. He did all fighting for me and jumped through hurdles to help me get into a new car with no credit and not a giant down payment. I just say back and he took care of everything for me. I couldn’t be happier with the service here and definitely will be coming back to Lloyd to buy my next car! More
Do not go here! I purchased a vehicle from them in April 2020. They overcharged me with a lot of empty promises. They rope you in and then do not follow through. Terrible service department. Kept my Jeep for 36 hours without a single update on it. Won't use them again. Keith the service manager was not helpful and the rest of the service staff seemed like they had without a single update on it. Won't use them again. UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICE I am retired and living on a fixed income. I stopped by to pick my vehicle up in service (on a Friday when Motor vehicle is closed) and I happen to as I am retired and living on a fixed income. I stopped by to pick my vehicle up in service (on a Friday when Motor vehicle is closed) and I happen to asked what is the value of my 2014 Chrysler 300. Next thing I know I was Berated for 3 to 3 1/2 hours to about 8:30PM, as my car was being held hostage (being appraised) - They would not give me back my keys nor let me go home until I signed for a new car, Why? Because they knew I had a high credit score - Why me? Because I had a server fever. bronchitis and the last three days without sleep. Long story short I ended up buying not one but two brand new cars. The medication and sickness screwed up my thinking. I tried to return the first vehicle within the first 20 minutes but was told by the sales girl, to come back tomorrow everyone is gone. (Lie) No GM leaves a sales person all alone to lock up the dealership. So without knowing I ended up purchasing another to get out of the first vehicle. I left with no paperwork as the Zip drive, as it was blank - went back a week later for the paperwork and was giving the paperwork for the first vehicle. Had to go back again for the correct paperwork plus I was up driving a week or 2 without Car insurance - This was the worse buying experience ever. Buying a car should be a happy and a rewarding experience for me it was like confessing to a murder you didn't commit and now I am paying for the next 84 months. The sales team must have had a good laugh about this deal, they got the maximum price on both vehicle and got my trade as another sale. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP - Go shopping somewhere else. If I could give no stars I would. More

Also bought with 10 Mike's and only drove 4 days and now dealer has had for over a week with mechanical problems. They have had the engineer there a few times replaced parts, and now have tore down motor per engineer request. First payment is coming up and dealer has had car longer then I have had it. Do not recommend the dealership. The radio optio s the sticker says vehichle has does not. When looked at car they had and now they dont. Have pictures from where dash bezel was removed and not snapped back in properly and sticking out. More

She was extremely sarcastic and very unclear of what my payment would be on any type of car that I chose but she did say I was approved 100% with no money down but the bank wouldn't take any of my negative equity on my current loan and they don't take trades.
