I had a wonderful, easy, NON PRESSURED, informative, and happy experience at Clearwater Volvo. Terri, Julio and Dennis were a 10+ starting from my first call to the dealer and through the whole process. I happy experience at Clearwater Volvo. Terri, Julio and Dennis were a 10+ starting from my first call to the dealer and through the whole process. I was NOT hounded or stalked when I arrived. I called Terri and she set me up with Julio. Julio discussed and showed me every feature on the car without rushing me or putting off any questions. Julio stopped and answered every question I had before we even started the test drive. By the time I got into the S60 T5 for the test drive I aleady knew this was exactly what I wanted. Julio also made sure that it was what I wanted and proceeded to show me all the differences between the the others in the series. After we finished the test drive we then had Dennis evaluate my trade in. They knew what I wanted, was very fair on the trade and the purchase price of the car. Just one time showing me what they can do, NO back and forth haggling and we were all done. PAINLESS!!! Next Terri worked with me on the financing as well as all of the packages available. NO PRESSURE, just gentle simple talking and explanations. Before I knew it I was on my way with my new car and totally relaxed. I actually felt like I was with family members instead of sales people. It was a beautiful experience. One that I never had before!!!!! They even gave me lunch!!! WOW - This is the best place to buy a car and I WILL do it again for the next one!!!!! Our intention was to purchase a new car in 6 - 8 months so we started out by just 'browsing' cars while my XC90 was being serviced. Julio Martinez came out to greet us as we browsed. Julio was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining features of several models as we browsed. At no time did we feel pressured into a test drive or purchase. We went back to Volvo of Clearwater the next day and met with Julio. Again, he took time to go over several different models and the features of each. Julio made us feel comfortable and at no time did we feel rushed. He is very professional and made sure we understood each aspect of the purchase. Working with Terri on the financing was almost too easy! We ended up purchasing a 2013 C70....which I already love driving !!! More

Jason was exceptionally helpful, no pressure sales. After we had visited Volvo of Clearwater, a family friend also mentioned how great Jason was to work with, so we had no qualms. Volvo of Clearwater had a good selection of CPO cars, and after some research, their prices are in line with what you'd expect with CPO cars (NADA, KBB, Edmunds), so no need for excessive back and forth. We love our "new to us" XC 90, and would highly recommend Volvo cars, Volvo of Clearwater, and Jason in particular! More
