Mary Mattingly is phenomenal! She goes above beyond and has for the last 10 years. We keep returning for Mary and how easy she makes the process. She handle everything with perfection. This is are 4th Volvo with Mary.

It is now 8 months since I bought my car from Crown Volvo. The car buying experience was the best I have ever had (did what they said, low pressure, made it easy, followed up, sold me the car for the price they told me, which was a very good price) and I gave that 5 stars on Google at the time because there are no more stars than that to give. Here I am this much later and I had a question so I sent it to Chris Lowry, who sold me my car in the first place. Chris followed up the same day with a response and is going to research my question and get back to me. That is real customer service. This place is like no car dealer I have ever been to. I am so glad I bought from here.

I'm seeing Joe has a similar review from someone else that he tried to explain away. I'm starting off this review by saying- we have the text receipts and Joe can try and explain away why he was justified, but the bottom line is he harassed and manipulated us and lost Crown Volvo business as a result. My wife and I had a horrible experience because of Joe Caporicci, who seemingly went behind his coworkers to harass and manipulate us while we were trying to make a decision. My wife and I put a deposit down on a car, and we were told we had a week to finalize our decision. 4 days in, Joe Caporicci reached out urging us to finalize our purchase, and that if we did not hear back from him he would be refunding the deposit and moving on. I called Joe because it seemed there was a miscommunication, but that we fully intended to buy the car. Joe told me *I could let him know by the end of the day*, and agreed to send us extended warranty information in the meantime. But less than an hour later he sent another text telling us "An hour is plenty of time. I need to know now". He then called, but since my wife and both work during the day, we missed it. Joe proceeded to send a long message accusing us of "hanging him out to dry" and informing us he was moving forward with another sale. I can't stress enough how manipulative this was, especially after verbally telling me I had until the end of the day. We eventually bypassed him and spoke with someone else who took care of us. We fully intended on purchasing a second car at Crown Volvo before this happened, and we are taking our business elsewhere.

Charlie was instrumental in assisting with clear concise thorough communication and interpersonal skills. Difficulties arose when communication was blurred and not comprehensive.i have had a strong relationship with Crown on the Jaguar side since 2011 with positivity and respect. Charlie diffused and handled the situation in a manner thst anyone could appreciate. Through his clear explanation of the issues and resolution.
