Enjoyable experience Went in to just drive the S60 for evaluation purposes. However, from the time we walked into the door, the staff treated us like family and could not Went in to just drive the S60 for evaluation purposes. However, from the time we walked into the door, the staff treated us like family and could not do enough to answer questions and make us feel wanted. We were never pressured to buy and the staff went beyond what we expected in negotiations on trading our 2010 Prius for the S60. We left with a very positive and rewarding impression. Volvo took the hassle out of what used to be a long negotiation process and made this a more positive experience by going right to the bottom line. The staff found a way to meet our budget requirements and even went well below what we expected. This dealership has come a long way in understanding and treating customers. They know the value of customer relations and the potential it has for future sales. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Volvo. Our primary purpose for making the move now was the safety features that have been the hallmark of Volvo. More

The first day I stopped by after corresponding thru email about the vehicle, they went out there way to educate me about the vehicle and let me actually “test drive” the car. I wasn’t pressured into buying the vehicle or given all those sale tactics. They understood I scheduled other vehicles to look at before I made my decision. After two days of shopping, I spoke Julio and negotiated with him the out the door price I wanted/needed the vehicle to be at. Julio advised to come in with my trade and he would get it worked out. Being the skeptical person I am, I confirmed like 3 times on my way (Live over an hour away) to make sure I got the out the door price I wanted. Julio and Volvo Clearwater honored their word and gave the vehicle at that price. The price was more than fair on my end. I know I won’t regret that decision in dealing with Julio and Volvo Clearwater. Julio and the Volvo staff treated my family and me the way you want to be treated. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the whole time on both days we were there. It was such a pleasurable experience and I have no problems recommending Julio Martinez if you are ever in the need for a car.
