Worth the drive! I have been depending on this location for about 25 years. Deborah Hamman has been there all of that time. I have always been pleased with my service, finding that the work is well done and the situation with my car honestly explained to me. I drive from Lutz, which takes me about an hour, even though it's only 29 miles! The personnel is the reason I'm willing to make that drive. I trust them. More

A negative experience My husband and I did not have a great experience with this dealership. We went in on a Sunday afternoon and worked with Mary to test drive an XC90. We My husband and I did not have a great experience with this dealership. We went in on a Sunday afternoon and worked with Mary to test drive an XC90. We were very interested in a demo car they had available. We told her what we'd be willing to pay and she said she would speak with her manager on Monday morning regarding our offer and let us know right away. A week passed and we had not heard anything. I followed up to ask about the status and we said what we were willing to pay. We came to an agreement on the sale price and then began to discuss the lease terms. This is where things got frustrating. The dealership's numbers were not equaling our numbers, and they kept saying we were calculating the lease numbers wrong (pretty sure there is only one way to calculate a lease). Furthermore, Mary just kept calling and texting me over and over and over again asking when I would be ready to take delivery of the vehicle - even though she hadn't followed up for a WEEK after she was supposed to. Eventually, we felt that they were dishonest in how they presented their calculations and we walked away. We ended up purchasing an XC90 from Ferman Volvo and their lease calculations were identical to ours (so apparently, we do know how to calculate a lease), and they didn't try to hide the ball. I would not recommend Volvo of Clearwater. More
