Polite and friendly, service goes above & beyond Crown Volvo always wash and vacuum my car when serviced, but when I came in for a service this time, the guy that does that job normally had a persona Crown Volvo always wash and vacuum my car when serviced, but when I came in for a service this time, the guy that does that job normally had a personal emergency (hope everything was okay!). But, no problem! Samantha in service did the vacuuming and commandeered someone to wash the car. They try hard to get everything right and go above and beyond. More

She took us on a gr We recently bought an XC60 from Mary Mattingly, and it was a wonderful experience. Mary was friendly, relaxed and very pleasant. She took us on a great test drive and did an expert job of demonstrating the car's special features. When Mary learned that my 88-year old mother needed to be able to get into the car, she kindly offered to take the car up to my mother and see whether that was possible. The trip took a couple hours of her time. She treated our entire family with patience, caring, and respect. The sales manager, Derrick, was very understanding of our special situation and extremely helpful about making sure we found the car best suited to the needs of our family. We can't say enough good things about Mary and Derrick. We felt that they were fair and professional, and they took a personal interest in us. Buying a car from them was actually a pleasure. We will definitely return to Crown Volvo and Mary Mattingly when it's time to purchase our next vehicle! More
