Service Standards Excellent Briasn Tessitore has been one of two service managers I have met with since I bought my first Volvo in 2009. His professionalism and knowledge do mak Briasn Tessitore has been one of two service managers I have met with since I bought my first Volvo in 2009. His professionalism and knowledge do make a difference in how confident I feel about the quality of service I receive at Crown Volvo. I was nervous when Crown took over the Volvo dealership but they very smartly left their service team in place. There's a Volvo dealership much closer to me in Tarpon Springs but frankly, I am so happy with the service team at Crown that I would not dare go elsewhere.
