Her attention to detail, follow-up and overall care was and is beyond fabulous. The entire team here at Crown Volvo are beyond wonderful!!!! I am currently in the process of buying another car/SUV with them. I also want to discuss how great the upper management team is as well. I’ve dealt with Derrick and Ken personally and I would highly recommend them to any person seeking a new vehicle.thy are simply amazing, and sincerely care about their clients and customers let service. Bill Gunnett connected with our lender of choice without any difficulty and got our registration transferred very promptly-- delivered by mail the following day. Buying our certified pre-owned Volvo was about as easy as it could be. Our other Volvo has been serviced with Brian Tessitore and we have always been satisfied with the work done by the Crown Volvo service department. More
