Simply an exceptional experience! ABOVE AND BEYOND! We are from Orlando area and we could not find the XC90 on the color combination and price point at our local dealer. I've contacted Mary over the ph We are from Orlando area and we could not find the XC90 on the color combination and price point at our local dealer. I've contacted Mary over the phone and sure enough she found us the XC90 we were looking, yet it was in transit from the Port to their dealer. Mary went above and beyond to find this car. We waited few days and Mary was extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo features, responsive to all our inquiries and great customer service. She sold us a brand new car over the phone!, with her charisma and friendliness. We took the Amtrak train to get to Clearwater and pick up our car; and the ride was totally worth it. The car was exactly as described, including all the features we were looking for. Bill at finances helped us to close the papers in a breeze. Our overall experience was great. I'm sure Crown Volvo valuates Mary as a great asset to their company. More

Honest advise I visited Mary Mattingly to discuss a new vehicle or lease. She helped me to find a vehicle that I fell in love with but more importantly she and Derr I visited Mary Mattingly to discuss a new vehicle or lease. She helped me to find a vehicle that I fell in love with but more importantly she and Derrick helped me to make the decision on my lease that was in my best interest. While I didn't purchase today, I will be back in the future. I have had nothing but top notch treatment in this dealership and I have been to others.
