2018 Volvo My husband and I worked with Josh Tator. We found Josh to be extremely knowledgeable with the Volvo product line. He spent quite a bit of time with My husband and I worked with Josh Tator. We found Josh to be extremely knowledgeable with the Volvo product line. He spent quite a bit of time with us explaining many of the features of our new Volvo. We also met with Derrick Smtih to discuss different packages for the extended warranty. While we made a decision to not purchase an extended warranty, we had a very positive experience with Derrick.
