2018 Volvo My husband and I worked with Josh Tator. We found Josh to be extremely knowledgeable with the Volvo product line. He spent quite a bit of time with My husband and I worked with Josh Tator. We found Josh to be extremely knowledgeable with the Volvo product line. He spent quite a bit of time with us explaining many of the features of our new Volvo. We also met with Derrick Smtih to discuss different packages for the extended warranty. While we made a decision to not purchase an extended warranty, we had a very positive experience with Derrick. Kudos to both of these gentlemen for making our first Volvo purchase easy-peasy! More

Mary, the best salesperson ever I've purchased my third Volvo now and I couldn't have done it without Mary Mattingly. She was super knowledgeable and knew what I wanted even before I I've purchased my third Volvo now and I couldn't have done it without Mary Mattingly. She was super knowledgeable and knew what I wanted even before I told her...the XC-70. This is really my dream car and Mary made it happen for me, for that I am SO grateful. I actually kinda felt like I was buying a car from an old friend, that's how Mary made me feel. After a fun, eventful test drive I knew this was the car for me. Mary picked up on that and, in a VERY short period of time, got me where I needed to be to buy this excellent automobile. I point as many people I can to Crown Volvo because people there really treat you like a peer, not a dollar sign. I've never experienced such awesome customer service in all my life. Thanks Mary!!!!
