The dispatcher sent a picture of the operator along with a description of the vehicle. We were on our way in less than 30 mins. When my husband took the car into service he wondered into the showroom. Mary greeted him and they began talking about the Volvos. She showed him features on the 2018 and he was very impressed. I was not ready to lease another car but I told Mary & Derrick if they could get me a the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay I would consider trading. Today Mary called and said they had my car. We went down to just take a look and drove out with our 2018 XC60. Wow More

Trip Worthy I had plans to take a short girls’ trip to Savannah in my 2002 XC70. About the same time, my husband noticed a sound in the front right wheel area. I had plans to take a short girls’ trip to Savannah in my 2002 XC70. About the same time, my husband noticed a sound in the front right wheel area. I got in touch with Brian Tessitore and he made an appointment for me and arranged a loaner. ( My car is of such a venerable age that parts sometimes have to be ordered!). I took it in, drove home in the loaner and by the next day, I was on my way back to Crown Volvo to pick up my car. I want to note that I live in Lutz, so Crown Volvo is not around the corner for me. I have trusted the staff at that location for many, many years. Brian Tessitore and Deborah Hammann are the best! Our girls’ trip was fabulous with no worries about my car’s ability to get us there and back safely. More
