Brian Moser was helpful and polite. However, he was overworked. He was busy with another customer which kept me waiting 15 minutes for my apt. I asked for my car washed and it was driven thru the wash and the windows were full of water spots Brian did a fine job so it’s no reflection on him, he was very pleasant to work with. This was my first experience with service and I was disappointed. I understand good help is hard to find so don’t let this affect Brian’s review as I feel he was overly busy that day and all other cubicles were empty. I saw no evidence of sanitization in my car, what was I to expect? There was no paper on the floor or whatever. That question was asked in the survey. More

We visited the showroom on Friday July 1st around 10:00am and wow couldnt believe how we were treated. The female at the front of the showroom was on a zoom call and couldn't talk but she did say she would g and wow couldnt believe how we were treated.
