By far the easiest car transaction I’ve ever made. Purchased 2024 Lincoln Nautilis black label. This is my fifth Lincoln, but first ever purchased from a non-Lincoln dealership. Kudos to Marcus Rogers, my sales consultant, for answering all my pre-sales questions in an extremely timely manner, and doing what was needed to the seal done and get it done!! Five thumbs up to Paul Salonick, Business manager, for making the closing unbelievably smooth. There were absolutely no old school sales gimmicks or games. Why cannot all car dealerships realize that educated purchasers know what they want and just work to get the deal done?
