He was quick to respond to all my questions which made it easy to make an informed decision. The Ineos brand was new to me, but Agim took the time to explain everything clearly, including sending me video recordings of the cars I was interested in with detailed explanations. The web site provided high res pictures and Marcus answered everything else honestly. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Crown in the future. The only problem, which is not related to Crown, is non-reciprocity between FL and West Virginia which resulted in us paying 6% sales tax in both states. Come on politicians get it together. More

I was on a budget, so he really worked hard to get me a price that worked for me. Agim truly went above and beyond helping me with the purchase of my new Grenadier! I had been dragging my feet on purchasing a new car, but his no-pressure approach and absolute commitment to getting me the very best price and making sure I got the exact car I wanted made the whole process stress-free and easy!
