I have two Ford cars and I finally found peace on the road after having both serviced at Crown Ford. I brought my Fusion here for service about a year ago and that was a pleasant experience. It was the right decision. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and professional. I was lucky having Doug and Peter helped me through the process. They are honest, will only do what's necessary to keep the car running well and always keep me well informed of the conditions of the car. The work is finished in a timely fashion and there is no surprising bill at the end. They also took care of an open recall for free. Nowadays it's very hard to find an honest dealership like Crown Ford. I'll definitely come again. More
