Was internet shopping and found 2 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I really like. I live in Knoxville, Tn called and spoke to Michael Ullenberg to see if they were still on the lot. They were not exactly what I wanted. Michael was very nice and patient in my indecisiveness, I test drove 3-4 Wranglers and finally decided on the Rubicon Unlimited. At that point, I only had an 1 hour till I need to be back on the road to Knoxville. Between Michael, New Car sales Manager, and the Finance guy they made it happen. I am so happy with the purchase I make and everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. More

I had gone to the dealership to compare pricing against other dealerships. I was welcomed, made comfortable and asked what I would be in the market for. I had done alot of research prior to my visit, and was shown features that I didn't know were on the jeeps. Michael Ullenberg's knowledge and ease of talking and dealing with made my experiance a pleasure. I felt no pressure to buy, they gave me a good price for my trade-in, several discounts, and minimal haggling. Larry White and Michael came so close to the price I was willing to pay, before I had even told them what I was willing to pay, that the differance was minimal. A true pleasurable vehicle buying experiance, and their local. Donald Gentry helped with the financing and presented me with an incredible rate that even my credit union could not match, and helped me fine tune the loan agreement. I mentioned Rick Harrell, because he helped my parents purchase a vehicle the same day and they are very pleased with their purchase, and since price was an issue with them being on a fixed income, Rick and Larry helped make their purchase affordable. Without a doubt the worst car repair experience of my life. 1. My quote went from $1600 to $1200 when I complained. They didn't tell me that they were leaving parts out of the repair. Within 5 miles of leaving I had problems. 3. Somehow 9 hours ($900) billed the first time became 1.5 hours to "go back in". And the problem that I took it back for (that wasn't there before the repair) was not fixed. I honestly believe that they did not replace the part that I was billed for. But they did comp me for that time. 4. They could not grasp the fact that the car had to be driven a few minutes before it started making noise. Even though I mentioned it several times. 5. Took it back again for another look and asked them to look into why my A/C no longer works. The Service Advisor made no note of my comment about the A/C. Still not working. 5. Told by the Service Manager that I had a bad serpentine belt bearing making the noise. Told by the Service Advisor that they replaced it, it didn't make much difference...and they took it back off. And the A/C? A crimped O-ring. It has to be removed and put back in to get crimped. And I surely did not do that. Overall experience was absolutely terrible. This is the first time that I have taken my vehicle to a dealer and I will never do so again. I could get better service from a shade tree mechanic and save $1000 in the process. And they lost my new car business. So ultimately, it's their loss... More
