It took them much longer to get my car in than they promised, even though they had already been paid in full. The $2300 custom chrome wheels ended up being chromed "Plastic" wheel covers! I began to have electronic problems right away. When I would take my car in for warrenty repairs, only half of them would get done, but they would tell me nothing about what they had not accomplished, I had to find it out on my own. Then they send me to the cashiers counter where I waited a long time supported by my cane (I am disabled and there were no chairs). Any attempt to get mopar products from parts department met with incompetence as well. Taking my car in again for the SAME repairs, again, didn't work. They asked me to give them perfect 10 ratings on this site as I left. After sending them a letter about my disappointment, they told me that they have no intrest in servicing my vehicle in the future. So I will have to drive to another state to get the same things fixed that they have had multiple opportunities to fix. list of problems my car has: chronic problems with keyless entry which has totally stopped working, remote start does not work at all, Voice Recognition on NAV/Audio/Video system does not work 70% of the time, I get error messages all the time that keyfob is not detected, sometimes it takes several minutes to start my car, now the fan on the heater/AC is making sounds like it is burnt out and my car is only 9 months old!
