I understand that the owner’s manual has been ordered for your Jeep. It is unfortunate that the issues with your four wheel drive were not covered by the warranty you purchased, but as I’m sure you are aware, all warranties have limitations. I picked up the vehicle today for my daughter. (Which all conversation with Rachael was all caught on video.) After waiting at the cashier desk with my husband, Rachael turns around to state that she had received my "little love letter' which was regarding my complaint that i had previously sent in. She then stated that she has done nothing but bend over backwards for us by providing a vehicle for us to drive (that she stated she didn't have to do). If we had known that our car was going to be in the service center for 2 weeks and not promised twice two different dates that the vehicle would be ready, we could have made other arrangements. She then stated that i was "less" than responsive, which in turn was the opposite, and made no sense. I had left voice mails and messages for her that were never returned, so I am not sure what was meant by her saying that "I" was less than responsive. There was one day i could not get her to call back, asked an associate to grab her and pull her to the phone, only for them to come back to tell me that she was unavailable. At the end of the conversation she stated that she had permission to confront me about the complaint, and that she was told she should. I would like to know what is acceptable about this employees behavior, and if it is acceptable for her to reprimand me for my complaint. I'm not complaining to get someone fired. I'm just wanting for someone to recognize that customer service skills are needing to be applied. A response would be appreciated. Best Regards, Dana Cooper
