So we went back to Greg's office and he talked to us like we were normal people made us feel at home. He went over some numbers with us and we decided that we would buy the Altima. He was never pushy or disrespectful. He is very good at his job. Everyone we encountered at Crown was very nice. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to give them a call. I had to have warranty work done. The shop was backed up but they worked to schedule me in a timely manner. I am not easily impressed, however upon taking my mother there to look at a used car (2011 Hyundai Elantra) I NEVER imagined how far they would go above and beyond the extra mile to get her in the car.
