Great Service I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Colin Mooney. I was expecting the same runaround I have experienced in the past, but was quickly surprised I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Colin Mooney. I was expecting the same runaround I have experienced in the past, but was quickly surprised by the great service and care provided by not just Colin but the new trainee Dustin and the whole staff. I have purchased several new vehicles in the past couple of years from other dealers and was less than satisfied. I would have to say to those pervious dealers I have worked with they should take a training course on customer service from Crowns associates. Needless to say I will be referring Crown to all my friends and family. More
2 Vehicles in one day I had brought my car for service..AND that's when we met Demetrius Hubbard... Doesn't know how to properly return, answer, or end phone calls..Promises repairs when they are not ready, and then does not return phone calls to inform of progress or reason for repair delay.. I have been in customer service all my life, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. I will never recommend this service center strictly based on the customer service I have received. More
Not Worth the Hassle My husband and I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Crown. This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership. They sta My husband and I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Crown. This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership. They started out very friendly and helpful leading up to the purchase, promising all sorts of things to suck us in. We were very careful not to believe everything they said but we asked for a few basic items like an owner's manual for example. We were told this would be no problem, they would get everything taken care of that was on our open items list. The promises kept coming but were never fulfilled. We even asked for someone to show us the specifics of taking the top on and off, and between two different trips to a JEEP dealership, no one was actually proficient in taking a top on and off of a JEEP. Just to focus in on the owner's manual specifically, not that this was the only thing, but to point out how they couldn't even come through on the smallest of items, it has been over a month and we still don't have it. We waited a few weeks and then we called our salesperson everyday for a week, leaving messages every time, and never got a response back or an owner's manual. We then called his manager who was not helpful either. He said he would get it taken care of and apologized, but never actually got us the manual. After this our salesperson called us back only to say he never said he would take care of that and was very rude and ended up hanging up on me over asking for something so simple. Then the 4 wheel drive went out. This was only a few weeks into our ownership and is a feature that should have been inspected by the dealership but clearly was not. Although we had a warranty, this was not actually covered and the fee to fix an issue that most likely existed before we bought it was outrageous. I will say that James Fulton in the service department was very helpful and attentive and the only person to actually return a call throughout this entire experience. Next, over a month in (still no permanent tags and an expired drive out tag) we got a call from a manager saying that our car had not actually gone through emissions and they could not get us tags until this was done. They then asked us to come in the following day within hours that would not work with either of our work schedules. My husband made adjustments anyway and got off early to get this taken care of quickly. Although they made the mistake, they called us, they scheduled and appointment, when my husband arrived he waited around almost 30 minutes for them to say they couldn't do it that day. This was the last straw. After stern discussions with multiple managers they gave us the $10 to go get emissions done ourselves, which is still an inconvenience to us but better than dealing with them again. These people are difficult to work with and they do not care about the customers. As soon as the sale is made they are done with you and want you to leave them alone. That doesn't sound like a lasting business plan to me. You may get a few sales now, but you aren't going to have repeat customers and they are going to start spreading the word. More

He ask me how I was doing and my family was doing. I told him that a had some new grandbabies and he ask if I new that fiat had came out with a 4 door Fiat. Well I just had to see one so he got the keys to one. We went and looked at them and my first thought was they are so cute. He opened it up and you wouldn't believe how much room they have in them plenty big enough for 3 Grandbabies. I had to have it and David made me a great deal in it. This is my second car from David Hall and people at Crown and I have never been so happy!! More

When we pulled into the Crown dealership we was imediatley greeted by David Hall. You could tell he was there to help us not sell us something. We looked several different vehicles and he showed us a New Jeep Cherokee let me drive it then went over all the features he even showed me how they worked.. David made everything fun and easy. I recommend you go see David Hall at Crown of Chattanooga before you buy your next car! More
