New Ram 3500 We had priced the truck at Dave Smith in Kellogg, ID and were willing to take the trip to get it and save the thousands of dollars no one in our area We had priced the truck at Dave Smith in Kellogg, ID and were willing to take the trip to get it and save the thousands of dollars no one in our area seemed able to discount. We decided to go and look locally just to check. Craig in sales was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were upfront with our expectations and he was upfront with his ability to meet those expectations. Within an hour, we had agreed on a price. We filled out the necessary paperwork, left the truck and came back the next morning to sign papers. We were greeted immediately when we arrived. Everything was ready as promised. Mark in finance was a pleasure. Anyone who has bought a car recently knows this is NOT always how it goes. We spent 6 hours in a dealership recently waiting on the insanity to stop and get out with a car. We will definitely be back to Crown if we have a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat need in the future.
