I am a Business Link customer yet on my last visit to the service department I was told that being involved in this program no longer gives me any of I am a Business Link customer yet on my last visit to the service department I was told that being involved in this program no longer gives me any of the services that this membership first offered. The dealership also informed me that they do not have a deisel mechanic on duty on Saturdays. I own and operate a small business and cannot afford to take the time off during the week to bring my vehicle in for service. Nor can I afford to wait a couple of hours to have the oil and filter changed while being away from my family on a Saturday. More

The problem was explained to me in detail, with length of time required to correct the problem. This was accomplished as specified. Everyone that I encountered (telephone, office personnel & service personnel) were very courteous & helpful. I escpecially appreciated the Service Advisor, Lathan Biggs, who took my order, gave me the time parameters required to do the work, then met me at pickup and thoroughly explained all that had been done.
