In addition, when the car was ready for delivery, he was thee to greet me and explain anything else to me that was not handled in the first visit. He also took time to assist me in setting up On-Star as well as the Sirius system. Because he has conducted himself in a fine manner throughout the past twenty years or so, is one of the reasons I will continue to purchase an automobile at Crown. I came to Crown when I was looking to purchase my first CTS. While the salesman was nice to speak with and friendly, he would not allow me to test drive the vehicle. He drove around while I had to sit in the passenger seat. How are you supposed to tell if you like the way a vehicle drives if you aren't allowed to drive it??? I also found Crown's prices to be exceptionally overpriced. There are so many surrounding Cadillac dealerships that had much lower prices and were willing to negotiate (they said the price is the price). Needless to say I purchased my CTS elsewhere. More
