I recently purchased a used Cadillac from this dealership (my first luxury car). I called ahead to make sure the car was still there and, when I arrived the next morning, the car was spotless (inside and ou (my first luxury car). He also took time to assist me in setting up On-Star as well as the Sirius system. I came to Crown when I was looking to purchase my first CTS. While the salesman was nice to speak with and friendly, he would not allow me to test drive the vehicle. He drove around while I had to sit in the passenger seat. How are you supposed to tell if you like the way a vehicle drives if you aren't allowed to drive it??? I also found Crown's prices to be exceptionally overpriced. There are so many surrounding Cadillac dealerships that had much lower prices and were willing to negotiate (they said the price is the price). Needless to say I purchased my CTS elsewhere. More
