Terrible experience with Crown Cadillac, New Jersey. I bought a brand-new 2026 Escalade ESV (approx. $130,000). On Dec 15, 2025, I was charged for an engine oil service that was not done, overcharged be I bought a brand-new 2026 Escalade ESV (approx. $130,000). On Dec 15, 2025, I was charged for an engine oil service that was not done, overcharged beyond the selling documents, and not provided proper paperwork. I was quoted 6.99% APR, but the bank charged 7.32% and confirmed the change came from the dealership. They focus on new customers during sales, not on existing customers. I returned on Jan 28, 2026 for engine and suspension issues—again, nothing was fixed. I recommend all customers stay away from this dealership. This review is to help others avoid the same experience. More
