Went in for a recalled part on my car. Made an appointment for the replacement. Was told the part was in stock when making the appointment. They took my car for about 30 minutes then came into the waiting room to tell me they don’t have the part in stock. Was told they would call me when the part was back in stock. That was about a month ago. They either never had the part or gave it to someone else. More
