Recall and check window washer fluid I dropped my car off at 8 am for the recall, and oil change and told them to check the wiper fluid. After several hours they were unable to fix the recall and they didn’t even check the window fluid. If they did they would have noticed that the hoses from the tank were all chewed thru and needed to be replaced. Not thorough. Was of my Saturday morning. More

Oil change I was in for a regular oil change service. I had obtained four coupons for free oil changes, two manufacturer and two comp when I bought the car two y I was in for a regular oil change service. I had obtained four coupons for free oil changes, two manufacturer and two comp when I bought the car two years ago. When I picked up the car they said I had to pay because a coupon had expired and I used the last available to me six months earlier. I didn’t complain. I paid the bill and left. This is the third vehicle I have bought from this dealer in eighteen years. The least they could have done was waive the one expired coupon and let this oil change be on them. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT I CALL THAT. I’m done. More
