Unsatisfying The check engine light was Mercer resolved in the last visit. It was turned off by Tech. Informed Mr. Larry Oggs of my problem who was very concern. Service advisor was nice but even with the advice and recommendations by GM TECH, I was told by the advisor, no solution was found. This was after keeping my vehicle 3 weeks. Advisor said she and their Tech. were frustrated. Consider trading it in nothing else they could do. Really. More

check engine light on I would have given you 5 star rating but when i called to bring my car in I was told to be there for 8:30 and I was. I left the dealership for awhile when i called 2 hours later the car had not even been looked at. At other dealerships when i was told a time to bring my car in that was an appointment. I made it clear that I had traveled 2 hours to get there and needed my car fixed or I needed to know if I had to leave it. As soon as I explained this again which I had already told the person that i dropped it off to in the morning that and I had said it to the person when I made the appointment, once the communication issue was resolved my car was fixed within an hour. More

Angry, disappointed, and enraged They had me find my own finance company; then lied COMPLETELY about the downpayment. And left is standing there feeling stupid for ever trusting a thing ANYTHING that was told to us. STAY AWAY!!! And they helped to finish destroying my credit in the process. I got MY finance company to go up $1000 and the dealershio wouldn't even come down the $1300 that was left to cover it. They said $500 was all they could do, but not the remaining 800 because of all the crap they"did to it for me before I got there" that I didn't want, need, or ask for!!! More
