I added a spoiler to my Mercedes Tatijana was amazing!! From the beginning of the process until the end I had to do absolutely nothing. She communicated with me on timing, cost and Tatijana was amazing!! From the beginning of the process until the end I had to do absolutely nothing. She communicated with me on timing, cost and date to install. I showed up and in less than one hour I was out of there. It was a seamless process. After being rear ended, I called Honda to get an estimate for repairing the damage. Christina jumped right on it and called the insurance company of the person who hit me; set up their agreement on covering for repairing the damage. Christina jumped right on it and called the insurance company of the person who hit me; set up their agreement on covering the damage and set up a rental car for me. My car was repaired, washed and the inside cleaned (they even removed the nose prints my dog leaves on the windows). I picked it up the next morning and was on my way. Thank you Honda. And, thank you Christina for making a bad situation as easy and pleasant as possible. More

I recently made a big misjudgment when parking my car in a spot with a curb that was pulled up and rebar that was exposed and sticking up out BMM of the ground. Not seeing it I pulled forward and when I he a spot with a curb that was pulled up and rebar that was exposed and sticking up out BMM of the ground. Not seeing it I pulled forward and when I heard the crunch of my lower bumper cowling I knew it wasn’t good. I had a huge Gouge in the material which extended up from the bottom to the topside as I backed off the rebar. I once again brought my car to crown Collision Center and saw my friend Christina . As before she was professional, polite and again made the experience as pleasant as possible. She did not just write up a work order but brought the car to the different departments that would need to be involved to get the best Prognosis To the extent of the damage and cost. She took me in the next day and 2 days later I had my car back and immaculate More

AMAZED !! So I just moved from Pittsburgh, PA to Clearwater, FL last week. On my drive down, I hit a deer (7 miles from my hotel for the night)... I love my Vol So I just moved from Pittsburgh, PA to Clearwater, FL last week. On my drive down, I hit a deer (7 miles from my hotel for the night)... I love my Volvo, it is my pride and joy, you could imagine how sad I was that I was making this huge move all by myself and then this happened! The next morning I made sure the car was able to be driving (thank goodness it was) I then called Crown Collision where I told them my situation and they told me to come stop by for a free estimate on the damage. The ladies on the phones were so nice, and felt sorry for my inconvenience. I decided to stop by on May 27th, and told them my situation, and the lady remembered me from 2 days ago calling, it felt nice to know they were happy I made it there safe. Tatijana then did an evaluation on my car, told me the damage due, so I proceded to call my insurance company (located in PA) then within I swear 30 mins, Tatijana was calling me saying I called your insurance company and they are alright with doing the repairs... That Monday I made the appointment to drop off my Volvo. I was in and out in about 45 mins, I had to get an Enterprise car. I was very surprised with how quickly she was able get me in so I could get situated in this new town. I was able to work this past week, and not have a worry in the world. The car was completed 4 days after it was dropped off! I was extremely happy when I got my car back, and it was super clean and detailed. I am so blessed that this bad situation turned out to be an amazing experience with the team members at Crown Collision !!! More
