Kept us informed Our MERCEDES SUV was “T-Boned” resulting in severe damage. I just moved to St. Pete, and need my AC fixed on my truck.(and in FL that's a necessity) I was given Mr. Matthews name and number to see if he knew someone that worked on them. To my surprise he asked truck.(and in FL that's a necessity) I was given Mr. Matthews name and number to see if he knew someone that worked on them. To my surprise he asked me to bring it in that day for the mechanic to look at it. We worked out a time when they could get parts in and get it fixed. While they had the truck Mr. Matthews kept sending me updates of the progress. That personnel touch with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone I came in contact with there, makes the decision very easy to return with the next problem (with an older truck, it's inevitable) or recommend them to to someone else.
