Truly Excellent Service David was the estimator responsible for handling fairly extensive repairs (rear body, mechanical, structural, and a little front body) to my car. On t David was the estimator responsible for handling fairly extensive repairs (rear body, mechanical, structural, and a little front body) to my car. On top of the extent of the necessary repairs, the insurance provider that paid for the repairs does not write in the state of Florida, so David had to coordinate with a third party insurance appraiser as well as the insurance adjuster. David did a great job handling all of it right from the start! He was very communicative throughout the process, which was extremely helpful to me because the process was quite protracted. However, I want to be clear that the length of time was due to a combination of the out-of-state insurance and the volume of work the car needed. At no point did I feel like David or anyone else at Crown was taking any longer than the fastest they could work. I have chosen not to rate the price since I didn't pay, and furthermore I have no idea what is or isn't competitive. I will say that I believe David's service would be worth a premium, even if they're not charging anyone extra. More
