My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership in the last year. All of our experiences were wonderful, from sales to service, but our best experiences were those that involved Erick Ga dealership in the last year. Erick sold us our first car (our first Ford, for that matter) and we have been back to see him twice more, requesting him by name. He is honest, forthright, helpful, and dependable; besides that, he is extremely friendly and incredibly caring. My feeling about Erick is that he would rather have us leave the dealership without a car than leave with one and be unhappy with our experiences. That said, he will do anything within his power to be sure that his clients are satisfied, and is dedicated to making them feel that their needs were met without any stress on their part. I cannot say enough good things about Erick and would recommend him to any future customers of this dealership. He is a fine, upstanding young man, and working with him is a wonderful experience. Rodney, Eric, and Frank were all great to deal with, no pressure at all. Rodney was very easy to work with, he listened to what I wanted and showed me a lot of options. He went far beyond what I would have expected to find the right truck for me, and then worked hard to get me a great deal! Eric and Frank were also fantastic, they all made me feel like there was nothing more important than to help me and ensure I was happy with this entire experience. It's been a long time since I experienced this type of customer service, these guys do it right! I highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking about buying a car.
