I was interested in a truck that they had advertised for $21k off MSRP. I was reached out to by Cory Beaufort and began a back and forth over text and email. After asking for pricing on the truck I was i $21k off MSRP. I was reached out to by Cory Beaufort and began a back and forth over text and email. After asking for pricing on the truck I was interested in, he came back to me with a payment sheet on a completely different truck that was not new, but had 2,300 miles on it from use as a courtesy vehicle. He said that I couldn't qualify for the discounts listed on the truck I wanted. I felt like I had been baited and switched. In my mind it is not ethical to advertise a price which looks applicable to all, but in reality is not. More
The quick service and parts departments are excellent!! I was at the service place for a new battery and oil change on Saturday, October 3rd. There were so many people lined up right at opening time. Why would you sell a new Car that has defects, then have the service department tell them, they know of the problem and parts are on order then give them no date as to when it will be in. Then when we take the service department tell them, they know of the problem and parts are on order then give them no date as to when it will be in. Then when we take it to your service department about a brake problem (grinning sound) they don't even look at the car. How would you rate a service department like this. More
Excellent Service. I wish they would enforce customers wearing masks in the waiting room, for their protection and that of their customers. They have signs posted but are not comfortable insisting on use wearing masks in the waiting room, for their protection and that of their customers. They have signs posted but are not comfortable insisting on use, as customers have gone online and trashed their services, which is quite a shame. I support them and management in enforcing their mask wearing policy, as their service is top notch. More
Thanks for the great service! Polite and quick. I had to come back an extra time because they were backed up more than two hours the first time I came. But the service rep told me sometimes when it would be come back an extra time because they were backed up more than two hours the first time I came. But the service rep told me sometimes when it would be lush likely that they would be that busy so I came back first thing in the morning couple of days later. I was advised of other service needs in the future and A list was created which I found helpful for future. I did authorize one of the additional items during the same visit. I came in for an oil change and got an oil change and a coolant flush and fill. More

I've been to the department before and got good service but to listen to the department manager (he should be if he's not) manage the customers in a wonderful kind and reassuring way - very impressed! but to listen to the department manager (he should be if he's not) manage the customers in a wonderful kind and reassuring way - very impressed! So I bought a 2016 F150 from CR. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles from crossroads over the years beginning when they were only located in Cary right off the beltline/US1. Taurus, Sable, SHO's purchased many vehicles from crossroads over the years beginning when they were only located in Cary right off the beltline/US1. Taurus, Sable, SHO's, explorer two door 5 spd, Eddie bauer expedition loaded, F150s, top of the line Edge sport and im sure i missed a few in the middle. Bottom line is we like working with CR and have always felt that we have been treated fairly and honestly. Most recently the 2016 F150 had an issue with the sunroof, the track which operates the big glass window has been poorly designed and tends to break when it encounters the force of glass sticking to the rubber sealing gasket. My understanding is this has been repaired in the later models by going to a metal rack. Well the track had been replaced on the truck just prior to me purchasing it from Crossroads and I was warned by the service supervisor to not use it for fear of it breaking again and the expense was considerable to affect the repair. Well I accidentally hit the wrong overhead button and the track broke. upon bringing the truck in for a repair I was fist told that it had a 2 year parts and labor warranty, which is true. True ONLY if you the consumer paid for some or all of the repair. Non of this was told to me before the first repair as I do not think the service guys knew the deal. Upon hearing this idiotic excuse for why there was not a 2 year warranty, i was advised to take the matter up with Ford directly. I did this and complained to the first person i spoke with and she worked hard to try and get me to accept the answer that there was nothing Ford was going to do. I refused to accept that answer and eventually, through much prodding, got to speak to a supervisor. The super told me the same thing and I just would not take no for an answer. Finally Ford agreed to help out with the cost by a token $700+ assistance payment for the repair. Just for the record I was told the repair was $3500. What else was I to do but accept this offer despite asking for it to be more. Ford worked with CR to get the overall cost from $3500 to $2800 and CR offered up another $200. With tax etc. I ended up shelling out $1900+ for the repair, replacing the same xxxxty plastic track with another xxxxty plastic track, kinda seems insane but the roof was leaking and the shade would not retract and it would get hot in the truck and on my head during the summer months. I am still adamantly of the opinion that this 1 year if Ford pays versus 2 years if the consumer pays (even something as I was told later) is the biggest bunch of crap that Ford has come up with recently. They know there is a problem. They fixed it in later years. They know the xxxx thing breaks when you use it but there is no Ford specific fix to stop this from happening. It was not written anywhere about this 1 yr versus 2 year warranty that I have been made of aware of in any paperwork i received. This is not a reflection on Crossroads Ford in anyway, they did more in my opinion than the big overall company did in comparison. So shame on you Ford for this xx you heaped on me and would not stand behind the xxxxty product you peddled. Maybe Ford should have gone back to the crack engineering team that made this xxxxty design and dock their xxxxx each time one of us poor shleps uses the sunroof and it breaks. Whatever it takes but Ford needs to make this right and cover the balance that I had to come out of pocket for. You can bet I will be using the heck out of the sunroof for the next 2 years it is under warranty and then I am going to pull the fuse so it will never get used again. BTW, i had never considered buying a Dodge, Chevy, Toyota truck before but now, for some reason, those thoughts have entered my mind....wonder why? More
