I came in looking trade my 2003 Saturn Vue for a 2009 F350 Dually on the lot. I test drove the truck. ,liked it and decided I wwanted it . We did all of the paper work, sent it to the banks for approval. The finance person said it looked good. Then proceeded to tell the sells man to put a dealer tag on it and let me drive it HOME. Well I thought I was approved, but when I came back the following day , I was told the banks would not approve that much money. I had to give back the truck and go home empty handed. I should have never, ever been allowed to drive the truck home without a definite answer. It was a heart breaking experience and someone at the dealership should have to answer for this. More

From the moment I stepped in the door I knew I had chosen the right dealership. I was greeted with a warm welcome by everyone and did not feel as if there was any rush to make a sale. Being helped by Ronnie was the greatest experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I felt as if I was test driving the vehicles and checking them out with a long time friend. He personally walked me through each step of the vehicles operation, describing every customization possible. The next day I received a call from him just to see how I was doing with the vehicle which I really appreciated. The manager was friendly, the financing department was helpful, the whole experience was SO easy that I had to double check and make sure I hadn't missed something...it was just that EASY! I had my previous car since 2003...almost 9 years...so I was somewhat apprehensive about having a car payment after so long, not to mention, I hadn't been in the "car buying scene" for years...so I was prepared to be overwhelmed.
