Went to this dealership because they were willing to negotiate to meet my price on a new truck. The sales person, Tom was very friendly, personable and helpful. The hunger however was because it took three hours to complete the complete sales transaction, after I picked out the vehicle. My wife and I waited too long to complete our paperwork. Other than time frame, the rest of the sale was excellent. Two days later we did get a FedEx asking us to complete more paper work in regards to warranties. More

I came in looking trade my 2003 Saturn Vue for a 2009 F350 Dually on the lot. I test drove the truck. ,liked it and decided I wwanted it . We did all of the paper work, sent it to the banks for approval F350 Dually on the lot. I test drove the truck. ,liked it and decided I wwanted it . We did all of the paper work, sent it to the banks for approval. The finance person said it looked good. Then proceeded to tell the sells man to put a dealer tag on it and let me drive it HOME. Well I thought I was approved, but when I came back the following day , I was told the banks would not approve that much money. I had to give back the truck and go home empty handed. I should have never, ever been allowed to drive the truck home without a definite answer. It was a heart breaking experience and someone at the dealership should have to answer for this. More
