The sale was great--Matt Mayes patiently helped me search thru what seemed like hundreds of trucks until we found exactly the one I was looking for. He had it transferred from another dealer about three hour thru what seemed like hundreds of trucks until we found exactly the one I was looking for. He had it transferred from another dealer about three hours away so I could test drive it. The sale process was reasonably quick and easy. 5 stars on the sale. The only reason I'm not giving the dealership a five-star rating is the service after the sale: for the past two weeks I have been trying to obtain a 2nd ignition key and keys to unlock the BoxLink tie-downs in the bed of my F250. I've been told they're at the other dealer, they're in the mail, they're here, they're being sent to me, etc...and no keys. 1 star on service after the sale. More

I recently bought a 2023 Ford F250 from Crossroads, and had a fantastic experience. I was contacted by John Kalis (internet sales) after I found the truck on AutoTrader, and he was extremely nice to work w had a fantastic experience. I was contacted by John Kalis (internet sales) after I found the truck on AutoTrader, and he was extremely nice to work with. He was prompt in correspondence and helpful toward negotiating a great price for the truck, before I headed down to see it. I live in VA and drove down to NC to pick it up; he had it clean and ready to go, waiting for me a the front door, all the paperwork was in order, and all I had to do was sign and go. Cornell McGee, the finance director, had those docs all ready to go, and I sat with him for 20 min signing (I did line up my financing with my local credit union before hand). All in all, 90 minutes and I was back on the road home to VA, which included returning my rental car. I was thrilled with my experience with Crossroads Ford and highly recommend them, especially to an out-of-state buyer like myself. Thank you for making it so easy, efficient, and pleasant. They kept our vehicle for 2 weeks and did nothing. We have error which they just removed and when we went home from the dealership this check engine light started flashing 😂 2 weeks they did diagnost We have error which they just removed and when we went home from the dealership this check engine light started flashing 😂 2 weeks they did diagnostic and didn’t find the problem which occurred immediately when we started to drive. Personal are unprofessional and incompetent, their manager David Gustafson need to be fired - rude and disrespectful behavior to clients. They refused to improve their work and proved that they service is low quality and they didn’t do anything for 2 weeks to find the problem More

I will only say that it was excellent on the part of the saleswoman, understanding that she was on vacation when I made the purchase and I thank her for serving me. It would also be good if they could at least do some training on basic things about cars, such as what type of oil is recommended, what octane rating of gasoline is recommended to use. , the size of the fuel tank, consider that if the sellers had the information at the time it would be a different and more pleasant experience.
