Outstanding Dealer Well, we all know that shopping for a vehicle - in my case, a truck - can become very stressful and/or frustrating. However, after "dealing" with two Well, we all know that shopping for a vehicle - in my case, a truck - can become very stressful and/or frustrating. However, after "dealing" with two other bad dealers in IL and AL, I was lucky enough to come across Crossroads Ford located in Ravena, NY. Fact is, they had the very awesome truck I'd been searching for. So, I asked for the internet Sales Manager who happens to be Mr. Mike Gollinger and let me tell you that he is one of the very best "few" salesmen that I've ever dealt with! Mike was great right from the first email I sent him inquiring about the truck I wanted. He is very patient and best of all, never pushy. Mike really is an outstanding professional something that in the sales industry is almost impossible to find nowadays. Hats off to the complete staff at Crossroads Ford. Everyone, from the receptionist to the salesmen who took my messages to the owner is great! I strongly recommend buying your next vehicle at this dealer! BTW, I bought my beautiful truck from Florida. I didn't even have to fly over there because I could tell I was in good hands. Mike set up everything for me including transport as I did not want to put so many miles in one shot on my new rig driving from NY. I do wish I met Mike in person though. After this dealer replaced my front steering rack under warranty they didn't correctly align my front and which lead to the destruction of my very exspensive mud tires. After showing the service manager th warranty they didn't correctly align my front and which lead to the destruction of my very exspensive mud tires. After showing the service manager the wear and damage to my tires he laughed and said well that's not my problem!! He kept repeating that it wasn't his problem and it wasn't his responsibility to have the front end aligned properly and that he would do nothing in return for my now junk tires that were only a few months old! This was my worst experience with a dealer ever! Complete lack of respect and completely unprofessional attitude from Steve Sebert their parts and service manager! I don't know how they can keep the lights on in this place with someone like him running things! Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY from Crossroads Ford!! More
