My brother and I were helping my 80 year old mother buy a new car. The weather was very stormy that day, so we called 4 Ford dealerships to discuss our purchase desires and told them we would only travel to new car. My brother spoke with Mr. Patrick Rowe at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC and essentially constructed the purchase arrangements by phone. My brother, mother and I traveled the 30+ miles from our home to Cary and met Mr. Rowe to complete the purchase. Mr. Rowe explained the vehicle features to my mother who had not purchased a brand new car since the 1970s. She was currently driving a 1998 Buick, so many of the electronic and other vehicle features were new to her. Mr. Rowe was so kind and patient in describing the vehicle and during the test drive. We found him to be very honest and our overall experience in purchasing this vehicle from Crossroads Ford was excellent. My brother and I have purchased many new vehicles before and I would rate this as the best overall experience I've ever had buying a car. Thus, the great ratings I shared above. More
I was in the market for a new SUV and when I walked into the dealership, after wandering around the front for a few minutes I was appraoched by a sales person. When I told him I was there to look at an SUV the dealership, after wandering around the front for a few minutes I was appraoched by a sales person. When I told him I was there to look at an SUV, and I was interested in test driving and finding out a about an Explorer, he asked me "Are you going to be buying today?" When I told him I was uncertain, he pointed me to where the Explorers were and said I could look around. I was looking at the Explorer for 20 minutes and was not approached by another sales associate to answer questions. As I walked out of the dealership, I passed 4 other sales associates who were standing outside who did not even speak to me or ask me if I needed help. Customer service is extremely important to me, espically when I was very interested in seeing one vehicle and driving it. After an experience like that, I will never purchase a vehicle from Crossroads Ford. More
After a very stressful experience with another dealership in town I checked the web and found that Crossroad's Ford in Cary had the same vehicle that I was looking for. I called Crossroad's and spoke with M in town I checked the web and found that Crossroad's Ford in Cary had the same vehicle that I was looking for. I called Crossroad's and spoke with Mike Hudson. Mike was very helpful and told me over the phone that he had the car in stock and answered questions about how their dealership arrives at a purchase price. I made an appointment for the next afternoon. The next day, we drove the car and decided to make the purchase. Mike worked with us just as he had described the day before and arrived at a purchase price that we were happy with. There was never any pressure and or haggling over price. Mike was always pleasant and professional as were all the other staff we came into contact with there. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Mike Hudson and Crossroad's Ford and would also recommend that you save yourself some aggravation and go there first! More

Mark did a great job. Very knowledgeable about the technology powering the new Ecoboost engine, the SYNC system, and the SelectShift transmission. Was able to answer all my questions. This was my second time going to this crossroad ford and will be my last! They only care about what they can put in there pocket's at the end of the day not to satisfied a customer. I'd worked with Craig Maxa before and was impressed with the service he provided so when I needed to purchase another vehicle Crossroads Ford was the first place I looked. I was searching for a preowned low mileage small car, naturally at a good price, and found a 2011 Fiesta on the web site. I called Craig who confirmed it was still in still in stock and I told him I'd get back with him in a few of days to set up a test drive. Unfortunately, the Fiesta disappears from the web site a couple of days later. I called Craig and he confirmed it had been sold. I told him there were no other vehicles at Crossroads Ford that matched what I was looking for so he suggested I check out crossroadsauto.com. He explained he could probably get a car I might be interested in shipped to his dealership for me to test drive. I went to that web site and found a Mazda 3 at Crossroads Nissan of Hickory that seemed perfect. On Monday morning, Dec 10, at around 11am I called Craig about the Mazda. He came up with a great price and said he would try to get it to Crossroad Ford by around 6pm that day. I agreed that if I liked the car after inspecting and driving it I'd purchase it that day. Well, the car was there at 6pm as he promised; we got there around 6:30. We loved it and by around 9pm we owned it. I really enjoy working with Craig. The great service he provides will keep me choosing him and Crossroads Ford as my first stop for any new purchases in the future. More
