THIS DEALER IS THE WORST! !! We purchased a new F550 from Crossroads on March 28,2022. Thomas Post was the salesman I worked with to complete the sale. As this was an out of st !! We purchased a new F550 from Crossroads on March 28,2022. Thomas Post was the salesman I worked with to complete the sale. As this was an out of state purchase I was told that Crossroads uses a third party titling service. It has been 72 days and I still do not have a title or plates for this vehicle. We have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails. I am being told by crossroads that it is not their problem, it is the titling service. This is a business vehicle with DOT and IFTA registrations that we are currently in violation because we did not obtain plates with in 30 days of the purchase. I have paid $6,308.88 in tax, title and registration fees along with $199.00 dealer admin fee. I want both amounts refunded plus the late fee the state of Indiana BMV will charge me due to the mis handling by Crossroads. More
We live in Colorado and found the vehicle my wife was looking for at Crossroads Ford in Apex, we decided to go forward with a purchase coupled on the tail end of a family trip to DC. My Car salesmen was awesome, Chris went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of my wife’s vehicle went as smooth as possible from his end and when we arrived at the dealership, he patiently explained the features to her 2018 Platinum Ford Expedition Max (which is to say there are a lot of features) and he was very attentive and responsive to my questions and inquiries from 1,700 miles away. Chris even went out in the rain to video the undercarriage of the vehicle and to confirm the vehicle was never smoked in or had a trace of smoke. Beyond pleased with the service we received from Chris. Chris even made sure there was a red bow on my wife’s car for the first time she saw it, truly amazed and thankful. I will be more than happy to travel back to Apex to purchase another vehicle from Chris! More

Terrible communication and service! I had my car towed there and constantly had to chase them for an answer or resolution. The estimate we were provided was not what we were billed. Beware the "free" oil change! When I purchased a new truck at Crossroads Ford Apex I received 3 free oil changes from Crossroads. I called to set up my first oil change and was told no appointment was needed, just come over. When I arrived I was told it was over a 2 hour wait...?? I drove 45 mins from my home to go to Crossroads. They wouldn't do anything about helping me get the oil change quicker. So I had to leave. So much for "free oil changes" and "customer service". If the wait was that long they should have told me when I called! Again another disappointment with Crossroads Ford!! Never again!! More
