Clay was definitely the reason why I bought my car from Crossroads Ford. While I won't deny that he got me a great deal, I can't guarantee that I would have even stayed at the dealership long enough to get Crossroads Ford. One of the reasons why I didn't stay at the Mazda dealership earlier that morning was because of the salesperson that came out to talk to me. Clay was able to connect with me, understand my needs and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. It was easily the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I was taken care of, even after the paperwork was signed and the car was being cleaned. His thouroughness, attentiveness and professionalism was very much appreciated. As a manager in the customer service industry myself, these are some of the same qualities that I look for when choosing people for my team. Keep up the great work! More

We purchased a Ford Edge Limited from Crossroads Ford in Cary NC. From the time we drove on the lot, the sales staff were there very eager to sell a car but we were not interested in someone "SELLING" us a Cary NC. From the time we drove on the lot, the sales staff were there very eager to sell a car but we were not interested in someone "SELLING" us a car.We looked on the lot and as we walked in the showroom, met a couple more sales staff but still not impressed with the lack of knowledge the sales staff had of the products they had to offer untill we met Mike Hudson. His quiet personality and knowledge of the cars in stock was far above excellent. Never once did we feel pressure, but his eagerness and willingness to educate us on exactly what Ford had to offer. Mike did not "SELL" us a car, We purchased one from him! The experience from that point on was very much a pleasure. I will buy another from him in the comming months.Anyone that writes a less than excellent review for their car or truck buying experience most likely didn't have the honor to work with Mike,Dennis,Craig,or the other guy that I jokingly ask if he was the janitor,which was the sales manager. My hats off to all you guys!!! You are awesome!!!.I will buy a truck soon and lookin forward to working with all of you again. I sincerely hope that Crossroads Ford will reconize the leadership and team member that they have in Mike Hudson. He without a doubt deserves to be at the top. I bought my F-150 from the dealer because of the way I was treated by my sales person. I explained what I wanted in a vehicle, my budget and time to digest. When I first entered the showroom, I was amazed at the size and number of cars both new and used. I met Patrick first, as Archie Tyson was with a customer. Patrick took the internet printout of a truck that I had seen. He then asked me to build a truck that I wanted. I told him that I wanted a Super Crew XLT F150. He showed me what they had but the price was out of my range. We did settle on a 2 tone F150 XLT Supercab. When I decided to purchase that one, it had already been sold. Patrick found another that was dark grey. I agreed and we made the sale. During the time I spent there, I was wondering around the showroom. I was curious of the trucks. I wrote down the numbers from the windshield but they were out of my price range. While I was walking around, I was approached by no less than 6 salesmen/employees asking if I needed help. I was impressed with the dealerships friendliness. While I was there, I spied a '40's Packard, '65 Ford Galaxy, and a '65 Mustang convertible. I love old cars. Cross Roads Ford was recommended to me by a co-worker, Phil Sisler. He had bought 2 F150's from Archie Tyson. He highly recommended Archie and Cross Roads Ford. I plan to tell people I meet to go to Cross Roads Ford also. More

I was torn between the EcoBoost and the 5.0L engine and didn't know which one I really wanted, Clay offered to let me drive both of them before I even had to ask. I did not buy the truck because I didn't feel like I could economically afford the payments on it right now, but he tried everything he could to get the price down to where I could without raising my down payment. I will definitely be talking to Clay when the time is right for me to buy a new truck. He was absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with and look forward to doing business with him in the future! More

Steve is committed to his customers as they make a investment in a vehicle. I appreciate Steve showing me the step by step process in purchasing a vehicle from Crossroads Ford. Steve explained to me every feature of my new vehicle. He even set up my "Bluetooth" with my cell phone to the car. I was very excited with my new car as I drove away from Crossroads in Cary. I would highly recommend Crossroads Ford and especially dealing with Steve Schmidt. I also found Craig Maxa wonderful to work with as we completed the paper work. Craig was very qualified with the legal aspect of my purchase with Crossroads Ford. Craig was dedicated in making me as a customer comfortable with the business part of my purchase.
