Service was good Sales department was the worst ever! Walked onto to the sales floor, there was one salesman sitting down and two behind the desk having a personal conversation. I approached the desk wait Walked onto to the sales floor, there was one salesman sitting down and two behind the desk having a personal conversation. I approached the desk waiting to be help. the two guys continued with their conversation without saying a word to me. When they were done the guy sitting behind the desk finally ask me do I need help as if i was rude to stand at the counter while they were having fun with each other. I brought my wife car in for services and my wife is in the market for another car and after that encounter I told her she would absolutely not get her car from this dealership. Even when got a quote for $250 bucks less we decided to come to the dealership because we felt we would be treated better, boy was i wrong. Lorna Smith was Great. She took care of me on the service side. More
