Poor experience We brought in our 2017 Dodge Journey about a rim that could possibly be covered with our warranty. The service department took pictures and sent them We brought in our 2017 Dodge Journey about a rim that could possibly be covered with our warranty. The service department took pictures and sent them to Mopar. Mopar wanted our rim to be sent in but the service department refused to do so. We were only using this dealership because it was the closest to us. I wish I would’ve read the reviews for their department beforehand because we wouldn’t have wasted our time. More
