Easy, Kind, and wonderful service! I came in almost 2 weeks ago to look at their used inventory. I was looking at cars, and was greeted by a kind Sales Assistant, ConNeilous. He asked m I came in almost 2 weeks ago to look at their used inventory. I was looking at cars, and was greeted by a kind Sales Assistant, ConNeilous. He asked me if I needed help and I said I was looking at a new Mercedes they had on the lot. He went straight inside and got me keys and allowed me to get to know the car and take my time with it. He offered me a test drive that I took, and it drove fantastic. He then let me take a few pictures of the vehicle and take my time with it once again. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel stressed, and I didn't feel pressured (Like some dealerships will make us feel.), and it was a great experience. I was asked for my contact information, which I proudly gave, and I was on my way to make the decision if I wanted to purchase or not. It's been nearly 2 weeks, my email hasn't been blown up, and they are really leaving the decision to me and that's they way all dealerships should treat their clients!!! Let them walk away, and comeback when the time is right for them. That's the way car buying should always be. I definitely recommend Cronic Chevrolet for great service. And when you get there, ask for ConNeilous! He's a wonderful Sales Assistant! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Cronic Chevrolet and I strongly advise you make your next car purchase there!!! More

I am in shock! Puzzled but all will work out in the end. I have purchased many cars from the Chronic dealerships in the griffin area. I have dealt with the dodge dealership, the Nissan, and the Chevy. On mos I have purchased many cars from the Chronic dealerships in the griffin area. On most occasions everything went smoothly, there were some ups and downs but it always worked out so I continued to do business with them. I am pleased to say that once again the dealership is doing there very best to make me happy in a situation that almost got out of hand, but with the help of management I think that a situation will be resolved and I will continue to do business as well as send business there way. Terrible service agent who thinks women are idiots. My engine had to be replaced because the pretended to change my oil. Had in computer that my last oil change was 6 months ago when it was really 3mont My engine had to be replaced because the pretended to change my oil. Had in computer that my last oil change was 6 months ago when it was really 3months ago. So what did they do with the money? GM assisted me with the cost of my engine. Picked my car up after nearly $9000.oo engine replacement. The very same night my check engine light came on. Now they tell me that my vehicle needs both catylic converters with the price of just the parts being over $1200.oo/NOT INCLUDING LABOR. Julian thinks women are stupid and they know nothing about cars and they try to take advantage of women. Mr Charles was helpful from the beginning but he knows that the diagnostics weren't done as GM instructed before they replaced my engine or they would have known that the catylic converters needed to be replaced. They're just tryin to recoup some of the money that GM paid to assist me. I will never,ever use Cronic Chevrolet in Griffin GA again!!! More

Great Customer care service We were on vacation and heading to Florida and our ABS brakes went out, I looked on my GPS and this dealership came up as the closest to us. It was on a Saturday around 1130 and they asked how soon we could get there and got is in right away. They offered us refreshment/ lunch and got us back on the road in no time.
