It drives well, is comfortable and is equipped with modern features and technology like a rear backing screen, bluetooth, remote ignition, etc. I was picky about the exterior and interior colors and the Cronic staff quickly found me exactly what I wanted at another dealer. I'm glad I got the new car and am enjoying driving it. Earlier this year, I bought a used Kia from Cronic for a 16-year-old. The staff helped steer us toward choices with high safety ratings while working within our budget to accommodate adding a new driver. They really did whatever it took to make the deal happen for me. My family and I were affected like many by the recession a couple of years ago, fortunately though we are slowly trailing back uphill. My husband was unemployed a few weeks short of a year, and with health issues to boot we kept paying our bills but a little later than normal which caused some late fees to ensue, which led to credit issues. Long story short, the Cronic dealership heard my story and did their part in helping my family to get back on track, at least financially. I needed new tires for my vehicle, so I made a call to the Cronic Dealership. Without hesitation to my request, several estimates were given to me for several different types of tires, to ensure that I go the Cronic Dealership. My tires were ordered and received on the same day, but by the time I came I was in a rush. I only had one hour and fifteen minutes to wait on what normally takes up to two hours or so. They said that they would definitely have me out in time, and they came through with time to spare!! They efficiently processed my procedure and sent me on my merry way in one hour and five minutes, with ten minutes to spare! Great timing since my reason for pressed time was that I had to pick up my four year old from school! And I would definitely recommend them knowing that I got the best value for my money and in the best time. More
