Kyle was my first contact with the service department and he went out of his way to help me on Saturday, 3 Jan "after he was off work" (my car had broken down and I was stranded for the weekend in Savannah while heading to DC). He made sure I had a ride to a hotel, had all the contact data of the team to call on Monday and even gave me a history lesson as he drove me to my hotel...yes, he drove me there himself. I knew I was in good hands at that point. This leads to my next encounter with the service provider that would handle my repair, Tiffany. Never before have I felt as if I knew exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and, more importantly, what my options were at the time. Just awesome...and I'm a very hard person to please. I'd recommend your dealership without hesitation. More
