Pleasant experience I live in Virginia and went to 2 dealers in Sterling and Arlington. I did a test drive with the SUV Levante in Sterling. Within less than 30 minutes, he texted back to me and agreed on the price I asked. I drove to the dealer and in less than 3 hours, I drove the new car back to Virginia. It was an amazing experience. Excellent car buying experience I came to the dealership to "kick tires". I was greeted by Karifa and the rest is history! He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Maserati brand as well as competitor's brands. He was very truthful and gave me the pros and cons of each brand. He offered me test drives for each model that I was considering and pointed out the differences in each. I wasn't ready to buy during my initial visit but after my "Karifa experience", I didn't go to any other dealerships because I was sold. He kept in contact with me, even during his vacation and was very low pressure. I purchased this month and the process was seamless. Karifa, thank you for your professionalism and in-depth knowledge. By the way, I never take my Levante out of Sport mode, I love to hear it roar! More
