Great Car Great Dealer and Fantastic Sales Consultant (Vance I traded in an Audi and purchased a 2015 A4S. It was priced appropriately and I was able to negotiate reduction. I was out of the dealership with the new ride in about 2 hours, which included the test drive. In two days I had a chip in the paint on the drivers door and was upset that something like this could occur so quickly. I called my sales consultant, Vance Ellis. He told me to come in immediately and he took the car to his paint repair guys and had the car back to me in 15 minutes and it was good as new. that was complete responsiveness. If you are looking at are-owned Audi, think of Criswell and ask for Vance Ellis. More

Horrible sales team I recently purchased a certified q7 from audi of annapolis From the very beginning service was horrible. The sales associate at the dealer had very little knowledge on the sales process . So flash forward I buy the vehicle keep in mind it's certified meaning it's has gone through a complete inspection and is up to audi standards. So when driving the vehicle at high way speeds I get a loud noise in the cabin. So I take it back in the sales associates ask to go on a ride with me and I say sure. So we're off on the test drive and the salesman tells me this noise is normal. I don't agree so I opt to go for a ride with a technician the technician hears the noise and confirms that the tires are the cause of the road noise and states they need to be replaced to correct the issue. Keep in mind this car is certified. On the certification check sheet there is a check box confirming that there is no road noise , vibrations etc. The box was checked stating that there is no abnormall noises. I have had this car for only a week. No offers of any kind to help with this problem . And I quote " you bought it it's yours now " friendly comment from the sales man. More
