I chose Criswell Audi as the dealer to order with after meeting George Criswell at an Audi Club track day. I like that he gives back to the Audi fans and customers. I originally placed my order with Joe Ruppert who is no longer with the dealership, but he did a fine job walking me through the process of placing the factory order and ensuring I would get exactly what I wanted. After he left the dealership, Greg Kaplan did a great job of keeping me informed of my order status over the four month waiting period. He responded quickly when I sent him questions and notified me of when my A3 arrived earlier than expected. When I arrived at the dealership, Tim Ellis gave me a thorough walk-through of my new car and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He was able to answer every question I had about the car of the top of his head. I look forward to a great dealer relationship as my car goes through scheduled maintenance and when the time comes, I expect to purchase my next Audi with Criswell. More

Ray provides excellent customer service. I go to him exclusively for service on my A4. He provides loaner vehicles as necessary, points me in the direction of the coffee, and does his best to make Audi exclusively for service on my A4. This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. There was no pressure.We were allowed the time to browse the lot. The dealership didn't have the color combination I wanted,but they found it at another dealership and had it ready for me to drive off the lot the very next day. Our time in the finance office( which usually seems to go on for hours) was quick and efficient with David Grasmick.Vance took the time to go over the whole car with me before I left the dealership and even called the next day.
