Well, started the buying process once Rodrigo Vazquez answered my chat request on the Crevier Website. He was amazing, answering all my questions, helping me with everything that I threw at him. I went from Itch to picking up car tomorrow in the span of a lazy 118 degree Sunday in Palm Springs. Dishonest and discourteous employee I went to the dealership last April 24 and test drive the car that my wife wants. After the test drive, I told the sales representative the car would I went to the dealership last April 24 and test drive the car that my wife wants. After the test drive, I told the sales representative the car would be under my wife's name therefore they should run her credit and not mine because I told the sales representative that my credit is not that good. So, after running my wife's credit it turned out to be 800 which is almost perfect so they told me everything is okay. So, I told my wife about it, and we went to the dealership, when we got to the dealership, they told us that we cannot get the car because they run my credit without my knowledge and it din't turned out that good. And now they're telling us that because of my credit we cannot get the car even though my wife's credit is almost perfect and its going to be under her name. So, I called the bank and told them what happened and they informed me they have nothing to do with it, it's all the dealer's responsibility. I tried calling the dealership but they cannot even give me a reason why we cannot get the car. Maybe because of my race?? I really don't know. I hope this unfortunate incident would not be experienced by other people who are planning on getting the're next car to this dealership. More

Two reasons I made the trip: one, I read other favorable reviews about this dealership online and two, I solicited internet quotes and this dealership had the best prices. When I arrived at Crevier, there was no high pressure. After looking at the various Mini options (and there are many!), I was approached by Brian Jenks.....he was friendly, open and relaxed.....no stereotypical high pressure sales tactic at this dealership. I came in right before closing and Mr. Larson was a great host. He offered us warm drinks before we sat down. He did not beat around the bush. There were no cars that fit my options but he was kind enough to reach out to another dealership and have the car delivered. On the day of the delivery, I also met with their Financial Specialist, Megan. She was very sweet and never pressured us to get the extended warranties when we kindly refused. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a MINI. Everyone is very calm, patient, and actually work with you to walk out with a car and a smile. My husband and own a Mini convertible that we love, and so when it was time to downsize our ginormous SUV, we decided to checkout the Countryman. Stephan spent a great deal of time explaining the features, especially as compared to the Clubman. He went over and above in terms of understanding our needs, ultimately assisting us with our trade-in and new purchase. As we came in to close the deal, Stephan made several helpful suggestions pertaining to the release of liability for our old car, and the service package "options". Stephan was also able to provide assistance with scheduling service for our other Mini, a convertible, that needs the seat belt retractors adjusted. We were very happy to find the right car at the right price at Crevier because, we have had such great service satisfaction... this is now our third Crevier purchase. More
