I recently lease a 2012 Cadillac Cts from Crestview Cadillac. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and extremely respectful of myself and my time. I will not list names but another Cadillac dealer I visited in the area did give me an uneasy feeling which is why I went to Crestview. After my poor experience a friend referred me to Crestview and now I hope to be a customer for life. I have already referred them to three other people. More

I stopped by with no appointment on a busy Monday afternoon in service. They took me in and addressed my rear axle seal within an hour (TSB). They also identified that my front differential seal re afternoon in service. They took me in and addressed my rear axle seal within an hour (TSB). They also identified that my front differential seal required addressing as well. They took care of both issues (under warranty of course) that afternoon and provided a free loaner CTS.
