I am a senior citizen and was quoted $425.00 for a replacement battery for my Cadillac XTS. The same battery was replaced at SERRA CADILLAC in Washington, MI for $214.00. I brought in my 2018 CTS in for service on Thursday at 8:00am. I called service today at 5:00pm to find the status only to find that the car hasn't even been looked at. Why was it necessary for me to bring it in early if no one was available to work on it? Now I have to wait until September 15th to have it serviced. Also, service never answered the call. The receptionist had to leave a message for them to return my call. I also found out from Duane that a loaner wouldn't be available until October. More
I have been a customer of Crestivew Cadillac for over 10 or more years. I’ve taken cars back for service and really never had a complaint, until today. Last night I had a flat tire and had appointments the next day at 10:00 am. I left my house and called the service department and said the tire was off the car in my back area, I wanted to just replace the tires and put it back in the back and I would put the tire back on myself that night. I did not want a plug, I did not want a patch, just replace th tire. I was immediately told by the service department they only did things by appointment only. Really? So much for Crestview Cadillacs customer serviced. So I went to Belle Tire where they told me the tire was difficult to find because Michelin had discovered these tires didn’t last so they went to a different tire and I couldn’t use that tire because I have 4 wheel drive and the tires all had to be the same. But they recommended that I contact Genesis Cadillac in St. Clair Shores, which was over in the area where my other office is. I contacted them. They had a tire and said bring the car over right away and they would replace the tire. I took it over, waited a bit and they discovered they didn’t have the tire but another dealer did. Guess what? They put me in a new ST6, free, and told me they would get the tire, replace it and bring my car to my office and take the ST6 back, which they.did. Now that is customer service. Crestview Cadillacs customer service SUCKS. The salesperson I got the car from said she would talk to the general manager, which right now I don’t’ care if she does or not. He didn’t bother calling me today and really I don’t care if he ever calls me. I have a few friends who buy Cadillacs from Crestview Cadillac whom I will talk with and tell them about the customer service. I know this will be my last time with Crestview. Before they offered free oil changes, now they don’t. Now I’m free to go to Uncle Eds Oil Shoppe. It didn’t take much for Genesis to make me a happy camper, it also didn’t take but 6 words to make me leave Crestview - “We only do by appointment only.: Well let me say this, my flat tire didn’t make an appointment. On the positive side, Crestview Cadillac had the most competitive pricing. On the negative side (and as returning customers) we were unhappy with the less than timely communications. The biggest problem we had, however, was with the Sales Manager. After several attempts to reach our Sales Representative, I contacted the Sales Manager and expressed my dissatisfaction. I didn't feel that he was taking my complaint seriously so I told him that I could go to another dealership and his exact words were "that's your prerogative". I was so frustrated that I just ended the call. My husband had been in "Sales" for over 30 years and would never have said that to a customer. If the Sales Manager was having a bad day, he could have contacted us the next day and apologized with some explanation but obviously, he didn't care. That is no way to treat customers. Ultimately, our Sales Representative returned our calls and we completed the lease transaction. More

Bad buying experience I had the worst experience at this dealership. They don't treat you with respect and tries to use all kinds of tricks to confuse you. First, they told that if I use GEX number (GM executive discount), the price will go up instead of going down. They insisted that I pay a down payment instead. I paid $2,000 and asked them to hold the car for 2 days. When I called another dealership next day, they were able to apply the GEX for about $4,000 discount. When I called back Crestview, they said "oh, now we can do that too". I was so frustrated that I asked my money back. They said it cannot be returned unless I come to dealership by 6pm in rush hour traffic from 30 miles away. I repeatedly asked to return over the phone and they declined. I instead went to other dealership and bought the car. When I called next day, Crestview returned my money without any fuss. This experience falls way short of what I would expect from Cadillac –especially compared to my experience with Lexus. More

Beyond Expectations... Excellence in Customer Satisfaction I took my vehicle in for service. A couple things I had concerns about on my vehicle and the Crestview team in service greeted me with smiles and mad I took my vehicle in for service. I am very picky with who I deal with for my vehicles and I have to say everything met and exceeded my expectations. Adam Stasik and Donna Labadie are awesome.
