The service people were friendly and helpful, but the quality of the paint repair was far below Cadillac owner expectations and should be redone. The paint is full of dirt particles and lacks the sheen that the rest of the car exhibits and when I looked at the repair when I picked it up, I saw it in the service bay inside the dealership where the lighting was dim, and it looked pretty good but when I got it home in the sunlight the imperfections and poor quality was readily visible. I am deeply disappointed because i took it to a Cadillac dealer intentionally expecting to receive a high-quality paint repair and it is mediocre at best. I would think the work had been farmed out to a low-cost independent shop for completion instead of being done by a certified Cadillac dealer. More

I wish I could say more about their service, but I haven't had the opportunity. No one from the dealership returns calls or takes calls. I have left a few messages for the Sales manager and no respon haven't had the opportunity. No one from the dealership returns calls or takes calls. I chose this dealership out of convenience when I made the deposit for my Lyriq, which was the worse choice. They don't need to work or provide customer service because they know they have the sale. This all started when the salesperson assigned to me, can you guess? Doesn't return calls or emails. Since posting this email, the General Manager has called and has been quite helpful. More
