My most recent service was the worst experience that I have had with the service department. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. Ron Farmer is one of the best Serviceman I have ever worked with. He is so kind, friendly and has a great sense of humor. My husband and I are very appreciative of our friendship. Well my Cadicllac Rep Adam King is a very good person to work with, in fact al the staff are wonderful, very helpful and attentive to me needs. The Service Department Personnel (Ron and Brian, and all the work with, in fact al the staff are wonderful, very helpful and attentive to me needs. The Service Department Personnel (Ron and Brian, and all the employees) does an excellent job, everyone is nice and has excellent customer service skills.
